  I had to serve them with a Breach Notice to remedy faults. Still no Joy. I Have been treated with nothing short of utter contempt by the agent and the owner of this sorry, sorry company.

  I have been renting for 7 years now, and I have never received a more professional, thorough and helpful service than I have at Sync Property. I dealt directly with Sharon, who's down to earth approach made an ease of the moving in and out process, a normally very stressful time. Sharon has gone absolutely above and beyond as a real estate agent to assist and help me. I highly recommend herself and Sync Property more.

  Agent flatly refused to ask the owner on my behalf for a reduction in rent while the AC wasn't working ( 6 weeks in Tropical Summer )

  Air Con broke down in the first week and 12 days after that the Agent still hadn't got quotes or engaged a contractor. After politely insisting they fix it ASAP I was told by the agent that "30 Years Ago We Didn't Have AC". I then approached the Owner of the Agency who promptly insulted me and refused to provide any further service.

  Property report said the place was spotless. Place was filthy. Agent had lied on the property report about professional steam cleaning of carpets, mattress and drapes etc. I was told I would have to have the steam cleaning done at the end of my tenancy. When confronted, the agent couldn't provide receipts and took these items off the report. So basically, fraud.
